📦 Return & Exchange Policy
🕒 7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
An unboxing video is required to process any return for damages or wrong items.

⚠️ Items sent without return approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong item

🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
Personalized/custom products
Personal care items (like beauty products)
Hazardous materials or flammable items
Gift cards or discounted/sale items

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for size or color issues and if stock is available.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Provide an unboxing video as proof.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges (both ways) for exchange requests.
The fastest way to get your desired product is to return the item and place a new order once accepted.

Conditions:

Item must be in original, unused condition with tags.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
